CONTEST DATES:  September 10th - Friday, December 5th 2008.  KNWA-TV and Castle Rental and Pawn reserve the right to temporarily suspend contest without notice.

CONTEST OVERVIEW:  From September 10th to December 5th, 2008, submit your registration at NWAhomepage.com or at any of the Castle Rental and Pawn location.

One winner will be randomly selected on December 5th and contacted by representatives of Castle Rental and Pawn.

Limit one entry per e-mail address.  Limit one entry per household.

Must be 18 years or older to be eligible.

It is not necessary to be present on December 5th (at the Castle Rental and Pawn location in Rogers) to win.

All submitted materials are non-returnable.  By agreeing to enter the contest you are giving permission to be contacted by KNWA or Castle Rental and Pawn in future marketing endeavors.

TO CLAIM PRIZE:  The winner must call KNWA-TV offices (479-571-5100)  from 8am to 5pm between the dates of December 5th - January 5th.   The winner must claim their prize with Castle Rental and Pawn and provide proof of age, address, Social Security Card or Valid Driver’s License.  All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification or the prize will be voided.

PRIZES:  A living room set valued at $1,999 from Castle Rental and Pawn.

Official Rules:  Rules and prizes are subject to change without prior notification.  Official rules will be available at the KNWA-TV Fayetteville and KFTA-TV Fort Smith office and posted on the internet at www.nwahomepage.com. The most recently dated contest rules in the KNWA-TV public file will supercede all other rules.

Mutated, illegible, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. KNWA-TV and all sponsors are not responsible for lost entries. Odds of winning depend on number of entries submitted.

All entries become the property of KNWA-TV. Once submitted, they will not be returned to entrant.  KNWA-TV and all sponsors reserve the right to use the winner's name, address, and/or likeness in promotional opportunities.

KNWA-TV and all sponsors reserve the right to use entrants address, phone number or email in future marketing opportunities.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash value. Winner cannot choose a substitution prize, and prize cannot be substituted for cash value.  All prizes must be claimed within 90 days of notification.  Unclaimed prizes remain the property of KNWA-TV and may not be awarded in this contest.

Contest winner is responsible for taxes, fees or other costs incurred by accepting the prize package.  Winner will be responsible for completing a W-9 am form before prize can be awarded.  KNWA-TV reserves the right to not award prizes if completion of proper paperwork is refused.

Contest void wherever prohibited by any law, statute, enactment, or ordinance of any state, municipality, city, town, county or political subdivision.

Exclusions:  Employees of KNWA-TV and Nexstar Broadcasting and Castle Rental and Pawn are not eligible to win the on-air prizes.
