BioEnergy International is building the corn-based fuel refinery in Clearfield. The 265-million-dollar facility will produce 100 million gallons of fuel-grade ethanol while opening markets for Pennsylvania farmers and protecting the environment, officials said. The operation is being called Bionol Clearfield. |
