Researchers found people who drank more coffee, reduced their risk of dying from heart disease.
The study followed 125,000 people for more than two decades and controlled for diet, exercise and other factors that can affect health.
Researcher Dr. Harold Cox says coffee contains certain antioxidants which prevent the oxidation of cholesterol to a more dangerous form of cholesterol. -
