According to the Arkansas Realtors Association......home prices across the state have actually gone up.
They listed several possible reasons for the increase.....and said that a decline in foreclosure property sales may be the biggest contributer. So after hearing that.....The big question now is......should people try to sell their home right away? Economists aren't so sure since the increase was only about 1%. -
