Reported by: Lisa Brence Friday, Nov 6, 2009 @04:09pm CST University of Arkansas architecture students were using building materials of a different sort Friday. Students collected money to buy canned food for the community, then used those cans to build sculptures, even a replica of Old Main. After completing the projects, students donated the canned goods to Faith In Action, Lifesource, and the Fayetteville Central United Methodist Church's Community Meals program. And it was a lot of food - enough to fill up three pick-up trucks and an SUV.
