Harms says most breast cancers in this country are now detected by images like mammograms and ultra sounds The experts now also say if you find a lesion on an image it should be diagnosed with a needle biopsy rather than surgery. The study will come out in the upcomIng American College Of Surgeons. Dr. Harms will join other medical professionals in Washington D.C.. October 14th to speak to Congress. Harms will focus on the need to include medical images in health care reform. Images like mammograms.
