Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.  KFTA-TV, KNWA-TV, Nexstar Broadcasting Inc, and contest sponsor employees and their families are not eligible to participate in this contest.

To participate, watch American Idol each Tuesday and Wednesday night between April 1st, 2008 and May 13, 2008.  Each Tuesday and Wednesday night a trivia question will be asked during the FOX 24 News at 9.  Then listen between 5pm and 6pm to Power 105.7, be caller #7 with the correct answer and your registered. A grand prize winner will be selected on May 13, 2008.  All correct answers throughout the contest are eligible to win the Grand Prize.  Grand prize winner will be selected randomly. 

Mutated, illegible, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. KFTA-TV and all sponsors are not responsible for lost entries. Odds of winning depend on number of entries submitted.

All entries become the property of KFTA-TV. Once submitted, they will not be returned to entrant.  KFTA-TV and all sponsors reserve the right to use the winner's name, address, and/or likeness in promotional opportunities.

KFTA-TV and all sponsors reserve the right to use entrants address, phone number or email in future marketing opportunites.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash value. Winner cannot choose a substitution prize, and prize cannot be substituted for cash value.  All prizes must be claimed within 90 days of notification.  Unclaimed prizes remain the property of KFTA-TV and may not be awarded in this contest.

TO CLAIM PRIZE:  The winner must contact Fox 24 between 8am to 5pm the following business day by calling  the KFTA -TV offices (479-571-5100) to claim the prize and coordinate the time for them to pick-up the prize.  The winner must pick-up their prize at the KFTA-TV studio (Fayetteville, AR) and provide proof of age, address, Social Security Card or Valid Driver’s License. 
PRIZES:  (2) Tickets to the American Idol Finale on May 21st, Airfare and hotel to Hollywood.

Contest winner is responsible for taxes, fees or other costs incurred by accepting the prize package.  Winner will be responsible for completing a W-9 am form before prize can be awarded.  KFTA-TV reserves the right to not award prizes if completion of proper paperwork is refused.

Contest void wherever prohibited by any law, statute, enactment, or ordinance of any state, municipality, city, town, county or political subdivision.

KFTA-TV and all sponsors reserve the right to alter, amend, or change these rules and regulations without prior notice.

FOX agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Station, its parent company, or any subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies of each, and the officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns of each, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, costs, and expenses, including any reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with the breach of any warranties, representations and/or agreements FOX has made hereunder; any negligent act, error, duty or omission of FOX, its officers, directors, agents, subcontractors, invitees or employees, and/or any occupational injury or illness sustained by an employee or agent of FOX in furtherance of FOX services hereunder; and/or any other failure of FOX to comply with the obligations on its part to be performed hereunder; and/or arising from the prizing provided by FOX for the Promotion hereunder.
 
Station agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FOX, Fox Entertainment Group, News America Inc., Fox.com, FOX Interactive Media, Inc., FremantleMedia North America, Inc., American Idol Productions, Inc., Inc., 19 TV Ltd., 19 Merchandising Ltd., CKX, Inc., and their parent companies, or any subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies of each, and the officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns of each from and against all claims, damages, actions, liability and cost and expenses, including any reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or in connection with the breach of any warranties, representations and/or agreements Station has made hereunder; any negligent act, error, duty, or omission of Station, its officers, directors, agents, subcontractors, invitees or employees, and/or any occupational injury or illness sustained by an employee or agent of Station in furtherance of Station’s services hereunder; and/or any failure of Station to comply with the obligations on its part to be performed hereunder, including without limitation any claims, etc. relating to the official rules and/or other elements of the execution of the Promotion conducted by Station.
