  • How Project 11 Works 
    Project 11-Side by Side encourages awareness and education of breast cancer through breast self examination.  KNWA-TV, nwahomepage.com, and Yoplait will send you a monthly e-mail reminder on the 11th of the month to remind you to perform your breast self-examination.

    Be sure to click here for your free downloadable guide on how to correctly perform your breast self exams courtesy of The Susan G. Komen Foundation.

    Here's how it works:
    1. Choose a Grandmother, Mom, Aunt, Cousin, Daughter, Niece, Sister, or Friend who you want to stand together with "Side by Side" every month.
    2. By completing the registration form here , you and the person you choose will receive a monthly e-mail on the 11th of the month from KNWA-TV's Neile Jones as a reminder to perform breast self exams and other local breast cancer awareness information. 
    3. Neile will also have a special story about a local breast cancer fighter on the 11th during KNWA News at 10pm.
