        What we hope you see during your visit is that we are not one of the "Cookie Cutter" Subdivisions or stand alone houses you have visited in the past.  Instead, we offer a unique and inclusive community, and homes that are designed with the future in mind.  Our goal is to preserve the aesthetic strength and traditional craftsmanship of the past, while looking towards the needs of the future in order to build an affordable home in a strong community.

        Hyde Park intends to bring back the involvement that neighborhood parks and commons brought to England and the early settlements in the Eastern United States. People will be able to walk, talk, and enjoy the lush natural surroundings, the shade and trees along the sidewalks, the 18 acres of walking nature trails, and the community pools and facilities without driving to other locations.

    Hyde Park is a Master Planned Community located in the Bentonville School District, in close proximity to the Pinnacle Hills promenade and adjacent to Shadow Valley.

    To stop by and visit one of our model homes, take either the new Promenade Exit or the Pleasant Grove Road exit from I-540 and follow the signs west, or call us at 479.381.4977 to schedule a tour.
