An eyesore at the corner of College Avenue and Township Street could soon become an Arvest Bank.

City planners in Fayetteville are set to review plans for a new bank branch at the southwest corner of College Avenue and Township Street. The current site is currently a long vacant car dealership.

Plans for the potential new site call for a 6,000 square-foot, six-lane drive-through bank that includes almost 40 parking spaces.
