State Offices Reopen After Winter Storms

All state offices are back open now, but they're on a two hour delay.

Governor Mike Beebe is putting the inclement weather policy into effect to allow state employees two extra hours to get to work on icy roads.

Essential personnel should report to work at their normally scheduled hours.
