Gravette Police Arrest Teens for Gun Theft

Gravette Police announced the arrest of two teens accused of stealing several guns from a Gravette pawn shop.
Officers obtained arrest warrants Monday for 19-year-old Kendall Martin Toller, Jr., from Gravette, and 18-year-old John Scott Weeks, from Hiwasse.

They're being held at the Benton County Jail for 6 counts of felony theft of a firearm, felony commercial burglary and misdemeanor theft of property.
According to police, the owner of the Cardinal Corner Pawn Shop called Gravette Police on March 1st to report a burglary in which several guns and in iPod were taken.
Police say they were able to develop Weeks and Toller as suspects based on evidence left at the scene.
Police conducted a search at a home in Gravette where the suspects were staying and found most of the stolen guns that were taken along with evidence matching that taken from the scene.
After obtaining the arrest warrant Monday, Weeks and Toller were arrested at the home without incident.
They're each being held on $40,000 bond.
