The Museum of American Art in Bentonville has been named on of the most significant construction projects of 2012.
The Alliant Build America Award for Best Construction Management of a Project honor was given by the Associated General Contractors of America.
"These projects are shining examples of the construction industry at its finest, demonstrating tremendous skill, hard work and steadfast determination," said Joseph H. Jarboe, the association's president and senior vice president of Bethesda, Md.-based Clark Construction Group, in a press release. "The winners are setting the standard by which all construction projects should be judged."
Houston-based Linbeck and Conway-based Nabholz Joint Venture worked together to build Crystal Bridges.
They're among just 17 firms nationwide to receive the award.
