A woman in Japan, celebrating a milestone, and there's a panda party in Thailand. Here is Wednesday's edition of "Over the Edge News".

A 114-year old Japanese woman has been named as the world's oldest woman by Guinness World Records. She received an official certificate at her nursing home in Japan on Wednesday. She was born  in 1898, married in 1919 and had three children, two of whom are now in their 90's.

There's a panda party happening in Thailand. This cuddly creature is the first Thai-born Panda, and she turned three years and nine months old Wednesday. That's the equivalent to fourteen human years. Her birthday cake of choice was made of ice and garnished with her favorite fruits.

In many states you have to be 18 to get a tattoo, but what about to give a tattoo? This seven-year old Texas girl is aspiring to be a tattoo artist just like her dad. She is starting with basic images for now, but her dad hopes she'll be an expert in a few years.
