Bare Bottoms get the Boot
San Francisco city officials banned public nudity Tuesday night, making it against the law to be naked in public. Opponents of the law say money will be wasted if officers are prosecuting this instead of violent crimes. Violators face a fine of $100.
OJ Didn't Do It
That's according to a new documentary. The movie debuts on the "Investigation Discovery Channel" Wednesdy night and claims that a death row inmate has confessed to the killings of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman in 1994. Clay rogers says his brother, Glen, admitted to stabbing the two after he was hired by OJ Simpson to break into the condo. The profiler says Rogers was supposed to steal a pair of diamond earrings Simpson had given to Nicole, and that OJ warned Rogers he might have to kill her. Rogers allegedly said that Simpson even walked up the bloody sidewalk to check his work after he was done, thereby leaving his footprints at the crime scene. Glen Rogers is suspected of killing about 70 women.

The man who voices the Sesame Street puppet has resigned. Kevin clash has been surrounded by controversy, after allegations of sexual assault. A second accuser just came forward this week, and filed a lawsuit, claiming clash sexually abused him starting at age 15. Earlier this month, the first accuser's allegations came to light, of an inappropriate relationship while he was a teenager, but he later recanted. Clash said that relationship was consensual and between two adults.

After a brief reprieve, the future of the company is still not looking good. A last-ditch effort to work out differences with the bakers' union broke down Tuesday. But if you've got a box of Twinkies sitting around, you may want to put it on ebay or Craigslist. Some people are hoping to sell their boxes for thousands of dollars.
The Black Friday Creep
As stores hope to cash in on shoppers looking for a better deal, those consumers are embracing the earlier hour and Black Friday is creeping into Thanksgiving. We told you just a few minutes ago about Black Friday deals starting early for Walmart, Target and Toys R Us. But not everyone is pleased; employees have started to fight back with petitions online to demand companies give them their holidays back. But as long as shoppers are willing to fork over the cash, stores will likely continue to open earlier and earlier.
