New information Tuesday night from Fayetteville, where city council members voted to sell city land to Kum and Go.

Alderman voted 5 to 3 in favor of selling the property to Kum and Go for $1.115K.

Casey's General Store actually offered more money for the land on Huntsville road, but lost the bid shortly after their presentation to the council.

The two acres of land once housed a Tyson factory.
