An old-fashioned political meet and greet is being held Saturday at the Frisco Stage area on 1st Street in Rogers.

The event starts at 10:00 a.m. with the public invited to visit candidate booths and enjoy singing from local choirs. About one hour after that, KNWA's Matt Turner will introduce numerous candidates who are running for local, regional and state offices.

All candidates have been given the option to speak for two minutes and quite a few accepted the offer. Along with listening to presentations, you can also pick up informational material regarding election dates, various races and all the candidates involved.
