Kind Kitchen started serving smoothies, indian tacos and burritos to students on Monday, and the owner says the response has been great.
The food trailer will be open for breakfast and lunch four days a week, and also features vegan and gluten free menu options. Tommy Rollins owns and operates the kitchen with his wife and says they are glad to be on campus.
"We love the community college, there's a lot of like minded people that want something fast but yet they don't want to compromise the quality of the food for the speed."
The kitchen is set to serve students Monday through Thursday until the end of the summer.
