This morning 911 calls began coming into the Fayetteville dispatch office. The callers said there was a man with wounds to his abdomen collapsed in the parking lot of the Starfire Apartments off Garland Avenue. After police arrived the Springdale Police Department received word that a man had come to the emergency room of Northwest Medical Center with a gunshot wound. It was quickly determined the two injuries were connected to a crime at the Starfire Apartments, but police still aren`t sure what happened there.
