Top Trenders for Tuesday, November 28th

If you're just rolling out of bed one of the stars of Two and a Half Men isn't a fan of his own show! And instead of asking for more viewers he wants you to switch it off! These are the top trenders this morning.

Number 5: Cyber Monday.

Consumers were expected to spend more than $1.5 billion yesterday. But just like its cousin Black Friday which is stretching into Thanksgiving and the day after Black Friday, the shopping fun isn't just one day. Cyber Monday has become Cyber Week as deals stretch through Friday at many online retailers.

Number 4: Chris Brown and Jenny Johnson.

The R&B singer deleted his Twitter account after an obscenity-laden exchange with comedian and writer Jenny Johnson on Sunday afternoon. Johnson has been a critic of Brown since his now infamous assault on Rihanna in 2009. On Sunday, Brown complained about looking old at age 23, and Johnson took the bait and the two exchanged insults that can't be repeated on TV. Brown's supporters defended him and even made several death threats against Johnson.

Number 3: Angus T. Jones.

The young star of Two and a Half Men says his show fills viewers' heads with "filth" and urges people not to watch the show. The 19-year old appears in a Youtube video where he talks about his new-found religion and talks about the show saying he doesn't want to be on it anymore. Producers of the show are not commenting on Jones' statement, nor whether the show's tenth season will be its last.

Number 2: Parade problems.

Spectators at the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York got a lot more than just colored paper showered on them. The confetti was shredded confidential police information! A college student first discovered the problematic confetti. He and a friend were at the parade when they looked down and saw the letters "SSN" followed by bits of a social security number. Police are now looking into the questionable confetti.

Number 1: Facebook copyright statuses.

You've probably seen the status that was going around yesterday. The status said in part "In response to the new Facebook guidelines, I hereby declare that my copyright is attached to all of my personal details." But while thousands, maybe millions, of users copied and pasted the status, it's a hoax. Attorneys says when you sign up for Facebook you agree to the terms and conditions which gives Facebook permission to use anything you publish on the site.
