Despite the chilly temperatures, folks were out in full force to get Fayetteville in shape for spring!
Pack Rat Outdoors hosted a Scull Creek cleanup this morning
The group started by Gordon Long Park and took on a three quarter mile stretch of the trail.
After the cleanup, the center hosted a raffle and a tool drop off.
Organizers say its a perfect way to give back because their business thrives on outdoor activities.
"This is a great trail system that runs throughout Fayetteville so if we're using it everyday, it's kind of part of our mission to be cleaning it up as well," says Ali Williams,a community organizer.
This is the first time Pack Rat has ever hosted an in-town cleanup.
