Here are your Top Trenders for Thursday!

"The Tonight Show" may be moving back to New York with Jimmy Fallon in the hosting seat.
The New York Times cites "several senior TV executives" who say NBC has committed to have the "Late Night" host succeed Jay Leno as the next "Tonight Show" host.
That  would see "The Tonight Show" move from California back to New York.
The Times reports the move is expected to happen by the fall of 2014, but nothing has been set in stone.
In 2010, NBC attempted to replace Leno with Conan O'Brien but reversed the decision.

Singer Bobby Brown was jailed in LA yesterday for a drunken driving conviction.
The judge sentenced Brown to 55 days behind bars for his second conviction in a year, for driving under the influence.
But he'll likely be released in eight or nine days because of jail overcrowding.
Brown spent time in a "confidential rehab center" last August as part of his plea deal for his arrest in April 2012.

The man behind the voice of Elmo is facing another lawsuit.
According to a federal lawsuit filed this week by Sheldon Stephens, Kevin Clash threw a crystal meth sex party for a teenage boy in 2004.
Stephens is the fourth man to sue Clash, but he was the first one to publicly claim he had a sexual relationship with him as a teen.
Three other men filed lawsuits accusing Clash of befriending them as teens, then engaging in sex with them.
The accusations led to Clash being suspended from Sesame Street, and he eventually resigned.
Clash's lawyer says the latest lawsuit is "meritless."

Neiman Marcus has settled a case with the Federal Trade Commission for misrepresenting some of its fur products.
The upscale department store sold items labeled as "faux fur" when actually it was real fur.
Neiman Marcus also sold items labeled as mink when it was really rabbit fur.
Online retailers DrJays.com and Revolve Clothing were also fined for misrepresenting fur clothing.

"The night that the incident occurred that Mr. Hundley's been charged with he was traveling to Atlanta from Minneapolis to decide to take his only child and son off of life support.  He was under a great deal of stress and was very grieved and he'd been up for the past 24 hours," Attorney Marcia Shein told reporters Wednesday.
Her client, Joe Hundley of Idaho, accused of slapping a crying toddler on a plane last month.
He pleaded not guilty to an assault charge in federal court  yesterday.
The mother of a 19-month-old boy alleges in court documents that her son was crying on the Delta flight when Hundley called the boy a racial slur and slapped him.
His attorney denies her client struck the boy but says he regrets his words and was grieving over losing his  son.
