Investigators say 18-year-old Aaron Arzola-Almeida-- who is in the country illegally-- isn`t going anywhere right now.
They say he`ll stay in jail awaiting trial before he`s deported.
Arzola-Almeida is charged with hitting and killing three-year-old Debbie Sorimle with his car - then leaving the scene.
