Get ready to throw more money into trash if you live in Fort Smith.
Fort Smithians may face a double digit increases in their garbage collection bills. The rate hike was proposed by the sanitation department, bue city directors havent signed off on the increase yet. They will vote next Tuesday and, if approved, the hike will take effect June first.
