A Springdale man says he stabbed a friend because he wouldnt pay up.
Wednesday, Armando Rieza, 33, pleaded guilty to second-degree battery, after police arrested him for stabbing a man Rieza says owes him money. Rieza says he helped the man come to America from the Marshall Islands, and the man hadnt repaid him. Rieza will now spend six years on probation, and must complete an anger management course.
The victims injuries were not life-threatening.
