Leroy Selsor pleaded guilty March 7, to writing a letter stating the recipients had been exposed to anthrax and would die. Selsor was serving an eight year sentence for first degree forgery when he mailed the letter and has been in federal custody since completing that sentence in March. The hoax letter was covered in talcum powder, not anthrax.
