Benton County deputies say the number of meth labs in the county has dropped dramatically but the number of meth users hasn't. Deputies say the decline in labs has to do with new laws that regulate the amount of cold and allergy medicine bought in a certain time period. An ingredient in the medication is used to manufacture meth. However, deputies say now more meth is being brought into the area from other sources and the number of people caught with it is on the rise.
