Police say two teens with guns broke into this Rogers home Wednesday night, finding the homeowner, his mother and father in-law, and an infant. Officials say the teens duct-taped two victims -- including the father-- who managed to grab his child and escape. Police say the father in-law fought and also got away.
The teens left through the back door, and police don`t know their identities or why they did it. However, neighbors knew something had happened.
"I saw the police and my neighbors, but I didn`t know what was wrong," says Hever Segvoei.
As he came home, Ramana Bagadi noticed something. "I saw a lot of cops in front of my door, holding big guns. I was a little worried... I thought my wife had called 9-1-1. But then I saw my neighbors-- their hands were handcuffed with duct-tape."
Bagadi says police brought in a dog and tracked the teens south of the neighborhood, near the Turtle Creek Apartments. Neighbors think the time may have come to take precautions.
"Yesterday I was talking with one of my neighbors... we were talking about a neighborhood watch," says Bagadi.
And Segvoei agrees. "I think good communication with all of the neighbors will help."
Police describe the suspects as white males with short dark hair - one with a plaid button up shirt and dress pants... the other -- a dark button up. If you know anything about the case, call the Rogers Police Department at 479-636-4141.
