The ordeal started in Lowell and continued into Rogers. Police say that`s where gun shots were exchanged leaving one man on life support. Police say Serafin Sandoval-Vega shot 32-year-old Fayetteville resident Daniel Francis in the back of the head. Francis was taken to Saint Mary`s Hospital in Rogers. Police say Francis is brain dead and its only a matter of time before he`s taken off life support.
