Saturday night, the Cincinnati community came together to mark the new year.

Folks gathered at the rebuilt volunteer fire station for a potluck dinner.

In addition to remembering the four lives lost in the storm one year ago, the people living here celebrated how far they've come in 12 months time.

"A lot of healing has taken place, it'll still be taking place. A lot of work's been done, still a lot of work to do. We're better off than we were to start in most ways, not all ways but most ways," says volunteer firefighter John Randolph.

Washington County Judge Marilyn Edwards and Congressman Steve Womack attended the supper.
