Student Stuck in Lebanon Must Find Other Options

Grad student and teaching assistant Nadine Sinno is now planning on leaving Lebanon on her own, rather than through U.S. evacuation efforts. Monday, Senator Pryor`s office told Sinno`s fiance, Josh Capps, that Sinno would not be able to evacuate through the U.S. Embassy...because he is not an American citzen despite the fact that she has a student visa. Sinno is now planning to travel to Syria in the next few weeks and fly back to the U.S. out of Damascus.
