The issues at hand are taxes and water rates.
Four questions will be on the ballot, one of which relates to the city asking for a sales tax and bond issue to pay for the cost of overruns on the wastewater improvement project.
The city is also looking at the possibility of raising sewer rates which could take longer to apply and end up costing more.
