A Closer Look at Coach Petrino's Contract

Bobby Petrino's contract with the University of Arkansas has a clause talking about the employers right to terminate. That clause reads in part that if the head coach is found to be quote :
"Engaging in conduct, as solely determined by the university, which is clearly contrary to the character and responsibilities of a person occupying the position of head football coach or which negatively or adversely affects the reputation of the university of UAF's athletics program in any way."
The contract goes on to state, quote:
"... If the employment agreement is terminated for cause, neither the university nor its third-party guarantor shall be liable for any payments of benefits after the date of the termination."
Petrino recently signed a seven year contract worth around 3.5 Million dollars a year.
