Instead of reducing the mileage rate, Womack says the city could extend that rate. He says the 2.9 million could then pay for expanding the Pleasant Grove Road overpass and a bridge at 45th street. If the idea gets approval from the city council on August 22nd, it then will head to the voters november 7th.
