On Friday, Coach Bobby Petrino's agent, Russ Campbell, says the coach will not appeal the school's decision to terminate his contract with cause.

Petrino was not offered a buyout on his remaining contract, worth around 18 million, because of the conditions of his firing.

Here's the full statement, sent to UA Athletc Director, Jeff Long:

"consistent with Coach Petrino's previous statement, he accepts responsibility for the events that led to the University's decision to terminate his employment.  Although extremely disappointed, he respects the University's decision and will not avail himself of the University's administrative appeal process.

Coach Petrino and his family wish nothing but the best for both the Razorback football program and University of Arkansas.
