Updated: May 3, 2012
UPDATE:

According to Chief Jon Simpson with the Bentonville Police Department, officers responded to a tip, set up surveillance in Rogers, and found the teen.

We spoke with her dad, Jacob Williams, who said he is very glad his daughter has been found safe.

Police said 13-year-old Catherine Elizabeth Williams was last seen on Tuesday, May 1, according to police. Her father said she was not home when he came home from work.  Several people told police Catherine had ridden the bus home from school, getting off at her regular stop.

Police believed she was carrying extra clothing and belongings with her.

The missing persons flyer for Catherine had made the rounds on social media and on Thursday afternoon, Bentonville Public Schools posted it to their Facebook page and sent a text message to faculty and parents.
