More than 80 World War II veterans get first class treatment and take a special one day flight to Washington D.C.

The group arrived back at XNA Saturday night, after a whirlwind trip on the Northwest Arkansas Honor Flight.

While in Washington, D.C., the veterans visited memorials dedicated in their honor, which most of
them have never seen before.

"We're thrilled to give them this opportunity to go and see the WWII memorial and other military memorials in Washington D.C. that recognize their contributions," said Gary Mickelson with Tyson Foods, Inc.

This is the fifth Northwest Arkansas Honor Flight.

Tyson Foods, Inc. and the Walmart Foundation helped pay for the trip.
