By: Amanda Ashley
Updated: May 16, 2012

A memorial fund has been set up for Alfredo Caballero to help the family pay for funeral expenses.  The 16-year-old died from apparent drowning in Beaver Lake on Tuesday.

Caballero was a freshman at Rogers High School and on the football team.   According to RHS principal the school is working with the students today as they deal with this loss.
Extra counselors are helping the students at the school, and a moment of silence will be held today to honor him.

You can make donations to the fund at any Arvest bank, click the document below for more information.

A rosary service will be held for the teen at 6:30pm on Wednesday at the playground near St. Vincent DePaul Catholic in Rogers.
Family members told us Alfredo was one of four children.

Reporter Liz Hogan will have more on this story, coming up tonight.
