Springdale Street or River?

On August 21st Clear Creek Drive in Springdale flooded under what residents are calling a one hundred year rain. A drainage ditch that runs underneath the street is ill equipped to handle a large volume of water at one time. Flooding has occurred in the past, but the August 21st flood was the worse residents had ever seen.
