In Fayetteville 60 staff members from Ozark Natural Foods are back to work after striking.  Workers say they wanted board members Linda Ralston and Sue Graham, claiming they were overstepping their boundaries and micro-managing day-to-day store operations.

Board president Josh Youngblood spoke to the group yesterday and said while he can't force the board members to resign, he can help resolve some issues.  Marketing manager Alexa McGriff says that was enough to get them back to work.

"We decided that we did have that one demand and it has not been met.  However the ball is rolling to meet that demand and we decided we wanted to get back to serving the community and we could not do that unless we opened the store," said McGriff.

KNWA tried to contact Sue Graham and Linda Ralston, but they have not returned our calls or e-mails.
