The second of three gubernatorial debates happened in Fayetteville on Wednesday night. Democratic candidate Mike Beebe and Republican Asa Hutchinson debated the issues for about an hour. Green Party and Independent candidates were not allowed, but did show up to voice their opinions outside the debate.
