Thursday the Washington county planning board granted preliminary approval to American R-V Park to build on land Tontitown is looking to annex.
Nearby residents are concerned about traffic problems the development could bring to the area and a proposed sewer system for the park.
But even with preliminary approval, if Tontitown residents vote to annex the area in November 7-th`s election the county approval will be void -- and park developers will be back to square one.
