The Governor released $500,000 to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) within the Department of Emergency Management. The money will be used for equipment in the state`s new EOC to ensure they have the most interoperable technology available.
The Governor also released $500,000 to the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Acquisition Fund through the Department of Finance and Administration. This money will replace vehicles in the state fleet that have exceeded the recommended mileage.
