Gillihan Charged

Troy L. Gillihan of fayetteville is accused of driving drunk when he wrecked his car which caused his wife`s death. According to police reports Gillihan`s blood alcohol level was .22 at the time of the accident. Police say Gillihan was driving south bound on five forty when he lost control of the vehicle and flipped his car, his wife Janice Lynn Gillihan was pronounced dead at the scene.
