John L. Smith and the Razorback rookies hit the field for day two of practice.

Among some of the more coveted recruits are freshman wide receiver Eric Hawkins, a Texas state sprinting champion that is considered to among the fastest incoming players in the nation.

Defensive Coordinator Paul Haynes and linebackers coach Taver Johnson are back on the field together for 2012 after sharing the coaching sideline for the last two years at Ohio State. Given the Razorbacks roster turnover from a year ago, coupled with their defensive struggles, freshman may take on an expanded role in this years defense.
