It`s all about location. That`s what investor Chris Talley told members of the media Thursday as he announced a sports arena planned for Bentonville would now be built in Rogers. Both city`s mayors were on hand for the announcement. Rogers` mayor Steve Womack said the new arena would put his city on the map.
