Next year the festival will be held just north of Ozark and some people aren`t happy about it. Those who own the land and manage the festival say the times are changing, and in order to better serve vendors and shoppers, they have to change as well. They say fifteen years ago the area was a farm setting and now everything is "squeezed together" and more congested. The festival`s new location will give vendors and shoppers more room, less traffic, and allow for year-round events like concerts.
