Cim Smith is facing six felony counts of forgery and one count of theft of property. Police say a resident called them saying they were supposed to receive a check from social security, but it never came. When the resident called the treasury department they said the check had been deposited in the bank. Police later found that six social security checks had been deposited in one account that belonged to Smith.
