Two to be arraigned in shooting today

Police yesterday filed charges of attempted capital murder charges against 16-year old Meshawn Jamar Steward and 25-year old William Harold Steward. The pair are cousins and will be arraigned today, accused of shooting 18-year old Terrist Parramore of Fort Worth, TX. Parramore is in critical condition at Sparks Regional Medical Center. He was found Parramore on the floor of a Ramada Inn banquet room at a Halloween party Saturday. (Copyright 2006 Newsroom Solutions, LLC)
