Their mission is to strengthen families and build communities.

Just last year Lifesource International said they helped over 50,000 families in Northwest Arkansas.

Tamala Williams gets assistance from the organization and said, "I appreciate it because that little bit of stuff that i get once a month goes a long way."

The non-profit organization provides adult education, job programs, a food pantry and clothing closet.

Jimmie Conduff with Lifesource said, "We really believe that if somebody needs help, they need help without a cost."

Organizers for Lifesource said it's about enabling people to better their lives.

Conduff said, "A lot of times that frees up an expense that they've had. so that they are able to get caught up with their bills or catch up."

Amy Whisenhunt volunteers with the the non-profit, "Being able to see that it's benefiting someone and when they come in and they smile and they're grateful and stuff it makes it all worth while."
